Almost finished.......I´ll post the final work in another ocasion so you can see the complet army......CHEERS.
The equipment it´s apearing at the figure......................

I have more then one French army painted in dark blue like they should be, but, I get tired of paint the same thing in the same color.
So I choosed a diferent thing to do...Inspiring myself in Hat industries I started painting those ones in a lighter blue.....For those who saw the WAR and PEACE movie, you can actually see that theyr uniforms are in a lighter blue...Well they look fine..........Once again GW acrilics.........
Some flesh at is face and hands.....Trousers and coat painted..........
GW Chaos black for the undercoat.........Nice i`snt it???????
Undercoated in Black..Acrilic off course...........
Starting to paint a Airfix French Infantry soldier......Glued in is smal cardboard base of 2cm x 2cm as I allways do for 1/72 figures. They don´t fall this way, it´s good for firing lines because it will make them straight and the most good thing of all it´s that is cheaper.

And some of my ELDAR...........................

And back to Warhammer 40k.....I had to chose between a Timpo figure or a comissar...I´m in recession you know???????I had som extra parts and it´s all in the name of God Money Saver....I did this fellow...My Altica korps comissar... Made of extra parts of Imperial guard and space marines...The coat was made of paper that wrapped in the figure torso, then it was hardened with Withe glue................I´m happy with the result and I saved money for my Timpo toy figure................

It doesn´t have much to do with modelling, but I allways love this Swoptablles. I´ve been buying some and others I stil had from the good old days....They were expensive in the past and they stil are, but, I can´t explain wath this plastic figures have in them...I like them a lot.......About the fort...I had a Timpo Fort Worth that my father bought to me for good behaviour. Unfortunnatelly, I had to change from my house and those summer batles in the sand box made me lost it for ever....Years later a school mate gave me one made of wood....I cleaned it and made some restauration....NOW I HAVE A NEW FORT MADE OF WOOD...A very old toy that made wonders for most boys and girls of my generation........................Hope you like it too.
